Event Bookings
Our Full-Day Track Experience is built for those who want maximum time behind the wheel in a structured yet flexible format.
Drivers rotate through 15-minute sessions throughout the whole day, ensuring plenty of time to push the limits while sharing the experience with others. Each car accommodates up to five drivers for the day, making it perfect for friends, colleagues, or like-minded enthusiasts. If you're coming as a group, just let us know, and we’ll schedule you all together for a seamless shared experience.
If you bring your own car, sharing with your friends is entirely up to you, though we recommend no more than seven drivers per-vehicle to maintain track time and driving quality.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need any experience?
No - all you need is a driving license for a manual car (bring this with you!)
Our world class squadron of professional racing drivers are there to guide you, make you comfortable and get you up to speed safely, in a way that is accessible to all abilities.
Do I need to bring anything?
We provide (almost) everything you need for the day, but you should bring:
- Your driving licence – A valid full UK licence (or international equivalent) for a manual car. You won't be able to participate if you forget this.
- Comfortable clothing – Wear lightweight, non-restrictive clothing suitable for driving. It must cover your arms and legs; without this, we cannot allow you to participate.
- Sensible, flat shoes – Heels, sandals, crocs, or any open-toe show is not allowed for safety reasons. Race car pedal-boxes are tight, so big clunky shoes are not ideal. Aim for something with a flat bottom, that covers your feet, and ideally with a thin sole to allow you to achieve a greater feeling of the pedals beneath your feet.
- Racing gear (optional) – We'll provide your helmet - if you have a race suit, gloves and boots, you can bring those if you wish, but they are not required.
- Medical essentials – If you have any medical conditions requiring medication (e.g., insulin, inhalers), ensure you have them with you.
- Spectator essentials – If bringing guests, consider weather-appropriate clothing; this is an outdoor event.
If you're unsure about anything, feel free to ask!
How old do I need to be?
Participants must be at least 21 years old to drive the MINI, and 25 to drive the Radical, and you must hold a valid full UK driving licence (or international equivalent) for a manual car.
For those without a licence, please contact us to discuss alternative options; typically this will involve hiring a circuit privately for you.
How is the day structured?
The typical itinerary is as follows:
- 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM: Arrival & Sign-In.
- 8:30 AM - 9:00 AM: Briefing on circuit rules and day's format.
- 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM: On-track sessions, rotating drivers through 15-minute intervals.
- 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch break.
- 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Afternoon on-track sessions.
- 5:00 PM - 5:30 PM: End of day, awards distribution, and departure.
We'll provide a specific itinerary for the date that you book, once you're booked in (briefing times can vary slightly, for example).
You'll typically be sharing the car with two to four other drivers for the day, and you'll rotate between 15 minute sessions.
Are guests and spectators allowed?
Yes, guests and spectators are welcome to attend and enjoy the event.
Please let us know how many guests you'd like to bring when you book. For large groups of guests, there may be a small additional charge, but by default we do not charge for you to bring any guests or spectators.
Any guests or spectators 16 years old or younger are not allowed in the pit lane and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
How many drivers can share a car?
Each car can accommodate up to five drivers for the day. If you want to bring friends along to share the car on the same day, just call us to request this and we will make that happen for you.
If not, you can expect to share with 2-4 other drivers on your day.
Can I bring my own car?
Yes, you can bring your own car. While there are no specific requirements per-se, it's advisable to ensure your vehicle is track-ready and safe; this is your responsibility. If you'd like to use your own car, contact our team for a bespoke price; we'll take details of your vehicle and feed back with suitable dates for that car. Different dates and circuits have different vehicle requirements.
Is professional coaching available?
Yes, world-class driver coaches are present to provide guidance and help you improve your driving skills throughout the day.
